I signed up for a dealer/distributor account and it didn't show me discounted pricing?
  If you have signed up for an on-line account and logged in and browsing the web-site and it did not show your discounted price level please click the "Account Status/Email" and contact our sales staff so that we may adjust your pricing level. Please allow up to 24 hours after contacting our sales staff for the changes to updated for immediate assistance please contact us at 904.396.6655.
What is a Dealer or Distributor program?
  Brown Aircraft Supply has has set up several different account styles that meet the needs of various different customer types. We have accounts that are set up for FBO's, Maintenance Facilities, Distributors, Flight clubs and yes even the Aircraft Owner. To establish an account with us all you need to do is click on the "Account Login" tab above and fill out the required information. Once you have an account set-up you can email our "Sales Staff" and they can apply the correct account settings to your on-line account so that you can view your pricing from within our web-site. There are many other advantages to establishing an on-line account like order tracking, order history, on-line billing and saving favorites items in the wish list function.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
